Healing Haven is about client health, body regulation, and overall treatment experience. Our approach to bodywork is rooted in the understanding that stress, tension, and physical discomfort are closely connected to the state of the nervous system and mental well-being. Through a blend of therapeutic massage techniques and energy work, we create personalized sessions that support both physical relief and overall well-being. Our work is designed to help relieve chronic tension, improve mobility, calm the nervous system, and restore balance within the body. Whether working with clients seeking relaxation, recovery from an active lifestyle, or relief from everyday stress, our goal is to provide a grounded and nurturing environment where clients can slow down, unwind, and allow the body to reset. With a thoughtful and intuitive approach, each session is tailored to meet the individual needs of our clients, ensuring that every treatment is both deeply restorative and therapeutically effective. We believe that regular bodywork is a powerful form of self-care and we are passionate about helping clients make wellness a consistent part of their lives! Schedule with our experienced and highly trained licensed massage therapist, Brittany. She is a proud 2017 graduate from Bancroft School of Massage Therapy in Worcester, MA, with extensive training in neck work, sports therapy, energy healing, relaxation techniques and more! She received her energy training and Reiki Certification back in 2020. She loves to research the latest body healing discoveries and modalities to incorporate into her everyday practice as a body worker and energy healer and she can’t wait to have you as her next client!
